 Q: Can you produce the group portraits
after the wedding?
A: Yes. In many cases we actually recommend
it as expressions are less tense and more relaxed after
the wedding. Portraits generally look better when taken
after the wedding.
Q: Do you charge extra for setup time?
A: No! Our photographers and videographers
arrive at least 30 minutes early to set up equipment.
Our music “DJs” often arrive several hours
early if needed.
Q: Do you charge location or travel fees?
A:
Camelot does not charge any travel or location fees
within 30 miles of our studio (this area includes Stillwater
and Northfield). If your location is farther than
30 miles away, a travel fee will be charged at the rate
of $2.00 per mile after the first 30 miles, charged one-way
only. For example, if your ceremony is 65 miles
away, your travel fee would be an extra $70.00. There
would be a separate travel fee for each service booked. If
your location is farther than 3 hours away, the cost
of a hotel room may be additional. We use mapquest.com to calculate the mileage from our studios.
