From the North or West: Southbound
35W or 94E to Hiawatha Ave/Hwy 55 exit. You will be
heading southeast, about 2 miles to 38th Street. Take
a left onto 38th Street, and drive three short blocks
to first stoplight, which is Minnehaha Ave. Take
a right onto Minnehaha and go two blocks further south
to 40th St. and make a right. We are in a large gray
wood building directly on the corner. There is street

From St. Paul: 94W to Riverside/25th
Avenue exit. 25th Avenue is the second stoplight, and
you will take a left onto 25th Avenue. The first cross
street is Franklin Avenue. Go straight across Franklin.
At this point, 25th Ave. has turned into 26th Avenue.
Continue driving south on 26th Ave. After about a mile,
you will cross Lake Street. After Lake St., 26th Ave.
will turn into Minnehaha Ave. Continue south just over
one more mile to 40th Street and make a right. We are
in a large gray wood building directly on the corner.

From the South: Northbound 35W to Hwy
62 East. Drive about 4 miles East to Highway 55/Hiawatha
Ave. Take a left onto Hwy 55. You will drive about 2
miles up to 40th street, (one block past McDonald’s)
and make a right (east) on 40th St. and drive two blocks.
The first stoplight you will see is Minnehaha. Park
on the street before Minnehaha. We are in a large gray
wood building directly on the corner to your left. (download
