There is not a perfect, one size fits all, music solution for every wedding. Some couples choose to have a more intimate dance occupying a smaller room. Others plan a full-blown dance party complete with an impressive light show and powerful thundering music. Therefore, we offer 2 different system options.
We also offer different styles of DJ's to choose from. The key to our approach began with perfect communication with our clients to determine exactly what they were searching for in a DJ.
Some prefer a more understated approach where a DJ does not overuse the microphone or play a very active role in interacting with their guests. These couples would rather have a DJ who is very professional when making the necessary announcements, but otherwise simply plays the music.
Other couples want their DJ to play a more interactive role at their dance. They prefer a DJ who will be more upbeat and proactive with their guests to ensure that the dance floor remains full all night long.
Standard System: $775
The perfect choice for most wedding dances, this system features our >80,000 track computerized audio system, a top-notch professional SHURE PGX/SM58 wireless microphone, and a perfectly sized light package complete with 10 Par Cans, a Vertigo Effects Light, and of course, a Classic Disco Ball. This system is powered by our first-rate Mackie sound system.
Even in larger venues, this arrangement will fill the dance floor with clean, powerful music that will have your guests dancing all night. This system is limited to 6 hours.
Premium System: $895
For those who want the entire nightclub experience, this system features everything contained in the Standard System, plus an additional complete light package and a thundering 700-watt Mackie powered Subwoofer.
Our Premium System is almost overkill for some venues but for those who really want to party on the happiest day of their lives, nothing short of this offering will do. This system is limited to 8 hours.

$100 - Ceremony Fee (if Ceremony Coverage is required and our DJ needs to set up the equipment twice)
Travel Charges: Camelot does not charge any travel or
location fees within 30 miles of our studio (this area
includes Stillwater and Northfield). If your location
is farther than 30 miles away, a travel fee will be charged
at the rate of $2.00 per mile after the first 30 miles,
charged one-way only. For example, if your ceremony
is 65 miles away, your travel fee would be an extra $70.00. There
would be a separate travel fee for each service booked. If
your location is farther than 3 hours away, the cost
of a hotel room may be additional. We use mapquest.com to
calculate the mileage from our studios.
