Camelot Weddings has become the largest wedding studio in the Twin Cities. We were pioneers of the Wedding Photojournalism style starting in 1996 and we have played a large role in helping to transform popular wedding photography in the Twin Cities to what it is today. Many of our most experienced photographers have been with us from the beginning and have become some of the top names in Twin Cities wedding photography.

From the very beginning we have always offered our services for an up-front hourly fee. We do not retain exclusive rights to your photographs and our customers love that they own their images and are free to have them printed anywhere they wish. The principle advantage of this arrangement is that our photographers are extremely accommodating and very easy to get along with. They are genuinely working for you and are trying to produce pictures that you will love rather than being focused on selling exorbitantly priced reprints after the wedding. It’s somewhat of a paradox, but generally your favorite wedding pictures 20 years from now will also be the ones that nobody ever ordered.

We are proud to offer extraordinary value with all of our photography services. You will quickly notice that at Camelot, you get more photographer for your money, regardless of your budget, than at any other studio in town. This is largely due to our size. We offer the services of over a dozen photographers of varying levels of skill and experience, along with Video, DJ and Photobooth services as well, and therefore we benefit for economies of scale and reduced overhead costs. Also, it’s important to realize that we love taking wedding pictures and we give you lots of them! We generally produce many hundreds of images more than most of our competitors.

It pleases us to offer talented photographers of varying levels of skill and experience. Our photographers are arranged into four different classes of service rates based on individual talents and skills, but also based largely on experience as well. Our business is highly referral-based and therefore our most experienced photographers are in much higher demand than our newer up-and-comming talents and therefore command higher fees.

We are proud to offer quality photography services for all budgets, but it is extremely important to note that with our photographers, as with most things in life, there aren‘t many free lunches, so-to-speak. Generally you will get what you pay for and we highly recommend that you hire the best photographer you can afford.
